Q21、Can we centrally manage the knowledge materials, and then search by engine?
It is doable, but you have to consider the following problems:
1.There can be different phrase descriptions for one keyword. It will add to the problem of entering them, and keywords are hard to be uniform
2.There can be too many search results, and you have to spend more time selecting the information
3.Central management of knowledge materials should have an appropriate access management control system, so there will be no risk of leaking out confidential materials
4.If you want to remove outdated or non-applicable knowledge, you may have to depend solely on manual operations, requiring a lot of time; failure to remove such knowledge will cause the knowledge database to be full quickly and affect its efficiency
5.Knowledge categorization structure should have guidance learning concepts. When using the search engine, you must have basic knowledge of that field, otherwise the keywords cannot be entered correctly
