Q28、What are the promotional steps of running a social network?
There are six steps
1. Nurturing stage:
This part can start with the corporate characteristics, organizational culture, and knowledge strategies. How can the goals of the existing social network, value, and operating theme be closely interconnect with the enterprise’s operation? These will all be considered for affecting the social network
2. Preparation stage:
This stage is a further step of starting to the organize structure. 3. Promotional stage:

4. Operational stage:
Regarding the plan and structure of network operation. They can be divided into people, events, time, locations, and materials. First of all, the network members can be divided into official or non-official members. They have different rights and roles. The operational procedures of social network should be regular or irregular gathering events, lengths of gathering, time of events (During work or after work) etc. These all need to be taken into consideration. 5.Training stage:
As for the training and learning part, the focus is mainly on understanding the operational themes of social network, scope, and depth. 6.Operational stage:
